What Happens if the Tenant does not Pay the Rent ?

According to Turkish law the rent has to be paid in the first five days of each month. If the tenant does not pay the rent on time, you should send a reminder through SMS, e-mail or could be a phone call. And if you have not had a result it's time for you to call a lawyer. Lawyer sends payment order through court including the expense of the court and the lawyer. If the tenant does not reject the payment order in 7 days than it means that the payment order is accepted, now the tenant has 30 days to pay it otherwise you have right to open an eviction case.
